The size specifications of this product are precisely adapted to the model, ensuring a perfect fit between load-bearing capacity and usage scenarios. The specific parameters are as follows:
-1-ton model: with a minimum height of 1.6 meters and a maximum height of 3.5 meters, the height can be flexibly adjusted according to actual operational needs, suitable for scenarios with medium to low load-bearing capacity and multiple height requirements;
-1.5 ton model: minimum height of 1.6 meters, maximum height of 3.5 meters, wide range of height adjustment, balancing load-bearing and flexibility, suitable for various medium load-bearing operations;
-2-ton model: minimum height of 1.6 meters, maximum height of 3.5 meters, consistent with the size of the 1.5-ton model, further improving load-bearing performance to meet higher and higher load-bearing requirements;
-3-ton model: With a maximum height of only 1.6 meters, it focuses on high load-bearing scenario design, compact size, and is suitable for special operations with low height and high load-bearing requirements.
2、 Material thickness configuration
To ensure that the load-bearing performance of each model meets the standard, this product strictly follows the corresponding configuration of C-shaped steel thickness according to the model, refuses to cut corners, and guarantees product stability and service life from the source:
-1-ton model: Made of high-quality C-shaped steel with a thickness of 4mm, the material is tough and has stable load-bearing capacity. It can meet the load-bearing requirements of up to 1 ton while ensuring that the product is lightweight and easy to operate;
-1.5 ton and 2 ton models: Both use high-quality C-shaped steel with a thickness of 6mm. Compared to the 1-ton model, the upgraded thickness significantly increases the structural strength, which can stably carry the corresponding weight without deformation or damage;
-3-ton model: Made of high-quality C-shaped steel with a thickness of 8mm, the thickness reaches the highest standard, the load-bearing performance is fully stretched, and it can stably withstand a weight of 3 tons.
